Bed & Breakfast

We offer bed and breakfast at all times of the year except during July and August and when the Art Breaks are running. We are located ideally for people who work in the Sophia Antipolis business park. You can drive to work in 10-15 minutes.  

We have three bed and breakfast rooms:

• Chagall: With double bed, en-suite shower room, WC on landing, and door onto personal patio and garden. This room is available for €70/night for B&B  for single person or €110 for two sharing. 
• Matisse: With two singles (which can be made into a double, en-suite shower room, WC on landing, and door onto first floor patio. This room is available for €70/night for B&B  for single person or €110 for two sharing.
• Miro: Children’s room off landing adjacent to room 2. Has two single beds. WC is on the landing, and the children will need to use the parent’s shower room for a shower.  This room is available for €45/night for B&B  for single child or €70 for two sharing.

 A 10% discount is offered for multi-night stays.

Our continental breakfasts are served from 8.00-10.00 and include cereals, fruit, yoghurts, fresh French bread & croissants, fruit juice, coffee and teas.

An evening meal, eaten together with the family, is available by arrangement. This will include 3 courses and wine and is served at 8.30pm. The cost is €25/adult, or €15 for a child.

There is on site parking, a swimming pool available from beginning of May to end October, table tennis, and a trampoline for use by children. There is also free wi-fi and a library with a range of literature and also a specific art section which focuses on local artists and art techniques.

Please note that the house is on many levels and not suitable for unsupervised toddlers or people with limited mobility.
