Prices

Art holidays – 6 days

 

  • £850 per person in their own room or £1500 for 2 participants sharing a room. Non-participants sharing  a room will be discounted £100.  
  • If you wish to take the yoga or qi-qong option there will be a supplement to pay of £100 for the week.
  • If you are attending the life-drawing classes there will be a supplement to pay of £50 for the week to cover the cost of the models..  

 

These prices include:

• Breakfasts
• Lunch when on site or picnic when required
• Evening meals for 4 of the 6 days
• The instructors
• Transport associated with the courses and airport/rail station transfers
• All equipment and materials


These prices do NOT include:
• Flights or rail fares to and from Nice. You will need to arrange your own
flights to Nice Airport or your rail journey to Antibes.
• Restaurant meals and gallery entrance
• Travel outside the core art workshop or mountain activity programmes

If you wish to rent a car there is plenty of parking space at the villa.


Payment

Options for payment are Paypal or cheque or bank transfer in Euros or Sterling.

Booking conditions

Please read carefully the conditions set out below and do give me a call if you
have any queries.


• A 25% non returnable deposit is required with booking, the balance is required 8 weeks before
your arrival date.

• If you should cancel less than 8 weeks before the start of the course you will - if the place cannot
be filled - lose 75% of the total. If it is filled then we will return 60% of the total price.

• In the event that we need to change our intinerary or tutors for logistical reasons we are free to
do so without prior notice but in a way designed to maintain or improve standards.

• The house is non-smoking as is the external dining area. Smoking in the gardens is in principle
acceptable so long as it doesn’t negatively affect other participants.

• We make the assumption that anyone joining our course will be reasonably fit and be able to
participate in the programmed activities which in the case of art holidays could include sketching
trips into the hills and in the case of the mountain activities more strenuous activity. Do ask if you
are unsure.

• If you have any health problems which may to impact on your ability to participate - please let
us know in advance.

• We assume that all participants will have travel insurance and point out that if you have a
European Health card and visit the doctor or hospital, you usually need to pay up front and
claim when you return to the UK.

• Our house and gardens are on a number of levels and we can not be held responsible for
and accidents caused by tripping. It is unfortunately not suitable for people with mobility problems.

• Use of trampoline is at your own risk.
